Solina acquires PhenoFarm Srl, an Italian company specializing in natural solutions for food applications.
We are proud to announce we have completed the acquisition of PhenoFarm Srl, an Italian company specializing in natural solutions for food applications. Based near Rome, PhenoFarm develops, produces, and markets natural and solvent-free solutions derived from olive by-products.
 
Founded and operated by a team of experts passionate about natural, sustainable innovation, PhenoFarm serves food manufacturers across bakery, meat, pet food, and nutrition sectors. Its proprietary solvent-free extraction process exemplifies a true zero-waste approach, reusing olive by-products, minimizing water consumption, and leveraging green energy — aligning closely with Solina’s sustainability commitments.
