Our latest sustainability report details how our team of +4,000 people across Europe and North America made significant progress in 2024. More specifically, you’ll discover the many actions we are taking in focus areas such as sourcing, circular packaging, and healthier and more sustainable food solutions. And for each of those areas, you’ll find out where exactly we are in relation to our goals and vision for 2030.
We celebrated several sustainability highlights in 2024, including the validation of our Science Based Targets, a silver EcoVadis medal, sustainably sourcing our high-impact raw materials, with starches reaching up to 27%, and achieving 48% sales from Better-for-You products. Let’s keep up the momentum!

Moving the needle in eventful times
We’re living in a highly uncertain world. Concerns about economic growth, the prospects of a global trade tariffs, inflation, geopolitical instability… Yet, Solina is experiencing remarkable growth, both organically and through acquisitions. To illustrate, we welcomed 5 new companies into at Solina in 2024 and another one early 2025.
Combining this strong business growth with real progress on sustainability is a continuous effort. In 2024, we clearly moved the needle on many of our 2030 sustainability targets and we’re motivated to further accelerate in the years to come.
Inviting all stakeholders on the journey
We hope that our 2024 Progress Report provides insights and inspiration, as we can accomplish much more when working together. Farmers, ingredient suppliers, material experts, transporters, food manufacturers, culinary chefs and consumers all have a role to play in the farm-to-fork value chain.
From our central position in that value chain and with our global reach, we’re taking up our responsibility to ignite a shared vision for a sustainable food sector. We invite stakeholders to collaborate with Solina as we explore pathways to achieve our shared objectives. We may not have all the answers today, but we are fully committed to discovering them, step by step.
