Successfully managing and executing a sustainability strategy requires a robust governance structure. One that facilitates decision-making and considers the long-term impact of actions and policies, while helping the company to measure and track performance. That’s why we chose a structure that aligns with the way Solina is organized as a company. This ensures sustainability is entirely embedded into our daily business activities, while it also promotes ownership and accountability.

Compliant CSRD reporting
We see the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive as an opportunity to better structure our performance measurement, and to accelerate our sustainability journey. Moreover, Solina will comply with the EU taxonomy and will closely follow the developments regarding the Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive.

Silver medal by EcoVadis
To know where we are compared to other companies, we undergo EcoVadis assessments. These give us insights into our performance related to 4 topics: environmental impact, labor and human rights, ethics, and procurement practices. With a score of 71 in 2024, Solina sits in the top 15% of all companies rated by EcoVadis.

Our 2025 Sustainability Report will be in accordance with the requirements set forth in the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) – the core of the CSRD.
