Besides making good business sense, gender equality also paves the way for a culture that benefits everyone involved. For instance, we have made it our mission to have 45% women in leadership positions by 2030.
Operational Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Zero workplace accident and It is our ambition to create a working environment where our people can thrive. Among other things, this means that we establish a zero workplace accident and occupational health culture.
Business Ethics
The call for responsible entrepreneurship is greater than ever. Solina strives to be an ethical and trustworthy company that stays true to its core values under all circumstances. One of the targets we’ve set is a 100% compliance with our Code of Ethics.
